JAPAN IP STUDIO is a B2B platform that aggregates undiscovered, local Japanese media properties (anime, manga, games, etc.) and positions them to be sold as global blockbusters.

There is a large number of existing IPs from Japan, yet few have been introduced or promoted to the global market successfully. Beyond the few blockbuster success stories, fans and subscribers around the world do not have access to, or even know about the entire Japanese IP market. The challenge is to educate and excite people about this huge library of anime.

By utilizing a mixed algorithm of analog and digital tracking resources, JAPAN IP STUDIO will curate, produce, and generate undiscovered Japanese creative work that will become a hit in the rapidly growing global anime market from Netflix, HBO, and beyond.
Where JAPAN IP STUDIO Is Today
The EIR moved from focusing on a B2B agency model to cultivating an audience directly to consumers by posting comments and insights into existing and upcoming anime/manga titles. The challenge proved to be finding unique differentiation that could be monetized and a business that would scale. The project has recently been folded.
